The Springlake HOA Leadership
The Springlake HOA Board of Directors (the Board) is dedicated to ensuring that our community is well maintained and that members are able to enjoy our amenities in a safe and hassle free way. The Board carries out these responsibilities via a monthly HOA Board meeting. Typically the Board meets the first Tuesday of every month but that is subject to change to accommodate schedules. The Board meets to discuss any outstanding issues or concerns that residents may have as well as to conduct any business that needs to be carried out on behalf of the Club. Board members are elected at the annual meeting in December by a vote of all homeowners present or by proxy. The Board consists of 4 officer positions and 3 general positions. Officer positions are held for a term of 1 year. Officers are elected by the new board at the following January meeting.
